This is a very pleasant, spacious apartment. It is situated on Rue du Pre, approx 9 mins walk from the Palais des Festivals. It is a 4 minute walk from the Plage du Midi beaches. It is on the 2nd floor of a building, with no lift. The first bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and the second has 2 adult bunk beds. The beds are new and the linen is all Egyptian cotton. There is also a sofabed in the living area. The apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is a bar style which opens onto the living area. The living area has a nice combination of sofa and easy chairs. There is a Bang and Olufsen TV and all of the SKY channels are available. There is a dining table and chairs. This apartment is a central, practical choice in a very historic part of Cannes. It can be enjoyed by business executives attending the Palais and families on holiday, as well.
