Situated in the centre of Cannes, this 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located in a gated community on Avenue Isola Bella, a few streets back from the Noga Hilton Hotel. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress, the Boulevard de La Croisette (the famous seafront promenade) and Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) are all only minutes walk away. Built in the former orchard of a nun's convent, Residence Isola Bella is a haven of tranquility and is finished to the highest standard. Secure parking is available in a basement garage. There is also a swimming pool. The 55sq m apartment contains a fully fitted Siemens kitchen inc. a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a separate utility room containing a washer/dryer. The apartment can sleep up to six people very comfortably. The apartment has three sunny terraces totalling 60sq m. It also has air conditioning and central heating in each room. It is a very popular apartment, so book early!

Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (5 min), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (4 min), beaches (6 min), the Palais (8/9 min), La Croisette (6 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (9 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (8 min). If you have a car you can head off for the day to St Paul de Vence, Mougins, Grasse, Monte Carlo or St Tropez and be back in time for dinner! All of these places are accessible by train, bus or even boat (in the case of St Tropez).

Other Points to Note
The apartment is very well kitted out. The washing machine/ condenser dryer is located in a separate laundry room away from the living area. There is a clothes horse outside on the side terrace for hanging beach towels. We have 2 large garden/terrace umbrellas to provide shade in summer. Additionally, we provide an assortment of portable sun umbrellas, a cooler bag, beach mats and children's beach toys for your trips to the beach. We also have a visitors' 'Welcome Book' available in the apartment with good tips on places to see, restaurants etc. and we offer some local maps for our guests to use. There is a library of DVDs and CDs for our guests' use.
