Here is a lovely two-bedroom apartment of 80 sq.m., right in the centre of Cannes. This apartment is situated just steps away from Place du 18 Juin - where Boulevard Carnot makes its entrance into the sought-after ‘Banane' area of Cannes - and Place Vauban, where the 210 bus from Nice airport stops. It is less than 10 minutes' walk to the Palais des Festivals and the sandy beaches of La Croisette. Rue D'Antibes, with its designer shops, is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is on the third floor of a traditional building with no lift. This apartment impresses from the moment you enter its large entrance hall. It is a bright apartment, with high ceilings and impressive, wooden floors throughout. The walls are white and full-length windows let in plenty of natural light. There is a great sense of airiness. This is a perfect corporate let for visiting executives attending conferences in the Palais.
