This is an impressive 2-bed apartment on Rue Antoine Brun in Cannes la Bocca. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift. This is a luxury contemporary apartment only 300 metres from the sandy beaches that run along the coast into Cannes. There is a communal swimming pool and also private parking is provided. This is the perfect getaway location for families or couples.
The apartment comprises of the following:
Living area: There are two generous sofas with seating for at least four people. There is an LCD TV screen, DVD and stereo player in the living area.
Dining area: there is a glass table that seats 4 people comfortably.
Separate kitchen: There is a brand new kitchen comprising of a cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine.
There is a generous outside terrace/balcony that has a table and 4 chairs perfect for outdoor dining.
Bedrooms: are beautifully fitted out with new beds and attractive linen with a shared balcony.
Bedroom 1 - has one double bed.
Bedroom 2 - also has two single beds.
There are also 2 fold-away beds available. If there are 5 people in your group, one fold-away bed can fit very comfortably in the second bedroom.
There is air-con for summer and heating in each room for colder months.
The sliding doors in the living room let in plenty of natural light and there is a great sense of airiness with this apartment.
A secure underground car park with a reserved place is available if required.
The building is quiet and well maintained and the pool area is set in compact, attractively landscaped gardens. There are ample sun loungers and sun chairs made available at the pool.
Overall this is an attractive, fresh property perfect for families to spend time together, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but within minutes' striking distance of all that Cannes town has to offer. It is particularly good value and makes a holiday on the French Riviera very affordable.
Location
For anyone not having been to Cannes before, Cannes La Bocca is a charming little town 2.8 kilometres along the coast from Cannes with numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a daily local market. This apartment is situated on Rue Antoine Brun - just 4 minutes' walk from the beach.
It is a 10-minute bus ride to the Hotel de Ville near the Palais des Festivals in Cannes (buses run approximately every 6 minutes), and it is just 4 minutes walk to the sandy beaches at Plage du Midi. There are also two train stations, one within 2 minutes' walk which goes to Cannes and Grasse and the other, 6 minutes' walk away which goes along the coast to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The journey to Cannes takes approx 6 minutes.
