Description
This superior two-bed, two-bath apartment which sleeps up to 6 persons is located in the deluxe Les Fleuries apartment building on Rue Lacour.
The apartment has a very spacious 88sq.m interior plus a 32sq.m balcony which faces east and overlooks quiet and pleasant views of the complex gardens and tennis courts. The sun is present from early morning to mid-afternoon, after which time (especially in high summer) the coolness of the marble floors and shade indoors brings a pleasant relief. There is air-con available in both bedrooms.
There is a large lounge with a leather sofa which converts into a generous double bed. There is also a second large L-shaped leather sofa. There are coffee tables, a TV unit with a 46 inch Flat Plasma Screen, video player and a large selection of English language films. There is a hi-fi system and at the end of the lounge a bureau with WIFI internet facilities.
There is a large dining/board room - with a large table and 8 chairs, a sideboard and mirror lighting. This area is ideal for more formal dining or for private business meetings. There are large storage cupboards to the rear of this room.
The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with under storage drawers, side tables and lamps. There are mirrored wardrobes and a flat screen dvd player. This room is en-suite with a bath, toilet, shower and illuminated wall cabinet.
The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, flat screen TV DVD player. This room is also en-suite with a shower cubicle and separate w/c.
There is a newly fitted very high end Siemens kitchen which includes a fridge, double sink, dishwasher, hob & oven, microwave oven, washer-dryer, blender and a toaster. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The large balcony is 15m length x 2m depth and runs the length of the entire apartment. It can be accessed from the kitchen, dining room and both bedrooms. There is a large table with 5 chairs, a outside lamp stand and 4 sun loungers. There is sun on the balcony from early morning to mid afternoon with verdant views of the gardens and tennis courts.
We can often arrange private parking in the underground garage. However, there is on-street parking on the street outside. If you need parking, let us know at the time of booking.
For tennis lovers, it is worth noting that this apartment complex houses the reknowed Cannes Tennis Club.

Situated in a delightful modern apartment building, just behind the Martinez Hotel, in the heart of Cannes in the French Riveria. You really couldn't be in a better location. The apartment is located on Rue Lacour. Shops, bars and restaurants are on its doorstep and the famous Croisette with its beautiful beaches and marinas is only a couple of minutes walk away, as is the main bus and train station. Other attractions such as the medieval city quarter, the old harbour and casinos are also within easy walking distance.
