Description

This is a wonderfully French, one-bed apartment, of 40m2, right in the very heart of Cannes. It is situated on Rue Meynadier, on the 3rd floor of a traditional French building, without a lift. The apartment sleeps 3 and is very clean and comfortable.  It has one double bedroom, which is very bright due to full-length glass doors. This leads to a 20m2 rooftop terrace, with a table and chairs. It is just perfect for having a breakfast in the sunshine or enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings.  There is one sofa (which converts into a double bed) in the main living area. The small kitchen is well equipped with a 2-ring hob, fridge, and a washing machine. There is a dining table and 3 chairs.
