Luxurious second floor, 2 bed apartment ideally located in a gated community on Avenue Isola Bella, a few streets back from the Noga Hilton Hotel. The Palais (where the conferences take place), La Croisette and Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) are all only 5 - 10 min walk away. Secure parking is included. There is a shared swimming pool. This is a very bright apartment with lovely living-room/dining room of approx. 40 m². The open-plan Italian design fully equipped Siemens kitchen opens onto a large terrace of approx 22 m² overlooking the garden and the swimming-pool. One bedroom has a king-size double bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Bathroom has 2 sinks. There is a separate toilet. The apartment also has air conditioning and central heating in each room. The apartment is available for seasonal rentals and during the Cannes conferences and festivals. This is a very popular complex, so book early!

Location

The apartment is superbly situated in the centre of Cannes. While there is designated car parking, you don't actually need a car - you can walk to everything you need in minutes! Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (5 min), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (4 min), beaches (6 min), the Palais (8/9 min), La Croisette (6 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (9 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (8 min). Surrounding places such as Antibes, Mougins, St Paul de Vence, St Tropez and Monte Carlo can all be visited on day trips. There are various museums, markets, marine parks to experience.

We had an excellent holiday, the apartment and balcony were very spacious and extremely clean. Plenty of storage and hangers. Very secure grounds and apartment block, lovely pool, good safe underground garage. Nice bakeries etc 2 mins walk from apartment and we could easily walk to the Palais, shops, resturants, town centre, marine etc within 10 minutes if not less.
An excellent apartment in a good location, would definately stay again, and would recommend to anyone.
