This apartment is the perfect Cannes location for anyone - whether coming for one of the many festivals / congresses or simply for a holiday or break away. The beds in the second bedroom are set into the eaves and therefore the ceiling above them is quite low. There is remote-controlled air-con in the main living/dining area and in the master bedroom. Overall this is a lovely, bright apartment which has a truly french feel. It is modern and fresh and the location in Cannes' very heart is hard to beat!

Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (1 min), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (1 min), beaches (2 min), the Palais (1/2 min), La Croisette (2 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (3 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (4 min). Zara is the corner shop.

Although this apartment is very central, it is extremely quiet. You are guaranteed a good night's sleep - something often much needed after a long haul flight or a heavy day exhibiting at the Palais. The kitchen has a coffee-maker and a toaster to help you to get started in the morning! The apartment has overhead velux windows which means that it is a very bright and airy apartment and it also catches the sun for most of the day. There is remote controlled air-con available in both the main room and the master bedroom. You do not need a car in this apartment as it is so close to everything.
