This apartment is the perfect Cannes location for anyone - whether coming for one of the many festivals / congresses or simply for a holiday or break away. The apartment is on the top (5th) floor of a typically french building with a lift. The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The beds in the second bedroom are set into the eaves and therefore the ceiling above them is quite low. But having said that, the bedroom is perfect for those prepared to be more aware when getting in and out of bed and for children. There is a nicely tiled bathroom with a separate WC. There is remote-controlled air-con in the main living/dining area and in the master bedroom. Overall this is a lovely, bright apartment which has a truly french feel. It is modern and fresh and the location in Cannes' very heart is hard to beat!

Although this apartment is very central, it is extremely quiet. You are guaranteed a good night's sleep - something often much needed after a long haul flight or a heavy day exhibiting at the Palais. The kitchen has a coffee-maker and a toaster to help you to get started in the morning! The apartment has overhead velux windows which means that it is a very bright and airy apartment and it also catches the sun for most of the day. There is remote controlled air-con available in both the main room and the master bedroom. You do not need a car in this apartment as it is so close to everything.
