Treat yourself to a real 'French' experience on your next stay in Cannes. This is a bright apartment, which has been fully renovated recently and tastefully decorated. The apartment spans one entire floor of a French 'bourgeois' style building, built in 1900. It is on the 3rd floor and there are traditional red tiles on the stairs and high ceilings and windows within the apartment. It is so centrally located - 2 minutes from the Palais and to the beaches. You can see the harbour from the balcony. The apartment comprises of a living/dining area, separate kitchen, double bedroom, second bedroom with twin beds, a single bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. The owners supply beach towels plus beach mats and umbrellas for guests' use. This is a wonderfully convenient location - the bus from Nice airport stops directly outside. Overall, this apartment is ideal either for business visitors or for families wanting to enjoy a really special summer holiday.

There is no lift. There are airbeds available for small children. The air con is in the form of a portable air conditioning unit available. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. You do not need a car in this apartment as it is so close to everything. However, should you need or wish to bring a car, you can prebook car parking (in the Palais public car park) online.
