Boulevard de La Croisette, the famous seafront promenade and Rue D'Antibes, the main shopping street are just minutes away. There is a lift, and secure parking available in an underground garage. The 59sq m apartment contains a fully fitted kitchen including a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan and fridge/freezer. The apartment sleeps 4 people with one double and one twin bedded room. The balcony of 8sq m looks over the terracotta rooftops of Cannes. Perfect holiday location!

This apartment is very well situated in the centre of Cannes. While there is car parking, you don't really need a car - you can walk to everything you want in minutes! Shopping on Rue D'Antibes (5 min), supermarkets (3 min), restaurants (4 min), beaches (6 min), the Palais (8/9 min), La Croisette (6 min), train station (5 min), bus stops at Hotel de Ville (9 min), marketplace Gambetta (4 min), marketplace Forville (8 min). There is a wonderful boulangerie (bakery) / patisserie (pastry shop) almost immediately across the street from Villa Montebello which makes the trip out each morning, for your baguette or croissants, very easy.

There is a table and 4 chairs on the balcony for outdoor dining! There are 2 fans for cooling the rooms in warmer weather. We will consider changeover days other than Saturdays, especially in low season. You simply need to check with us.
