Description
Located on fashionable Rue Commandant Andre, this bright and spacious two-bed apartment is a real find. Situated just a few steps from the Croisette, adjacent to the Palais and very close to Rue d'Antibes, it is ideal for any stay in Cannes. The apartment itself is on the third floor of a Cannoise building with no lift. There are two generous bedrooms, one consists of a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. There is air-con available in both bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. There is a large open-plan area incorporating the kitchen, dining and living areas. There are high ceilings and french windows lead out onto a double 'Juliette style' balcony which has a sea-view. There is a small bistro table and 2 chairs to allow you to sit outside, have a glass of wine and watch the world go by. The living area is spacious with seating for 5 people. This apartment was newly decorated recently. This apartment is a comfortable, perfectly-located base for a great stay in Cannes, year round.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. They say that location is everything with property and this apartment certainly scores full marks on that front. This apartment is situated in the Carre D'Or area, just 30 metres from the Croisette and a 3-minute stroll to the Palais des Festivals. Whether you are attending one of Cannes' many conferences or on a holiday, you will want to be at the very heart of the action. Nearby you will find wonderful restaurants and bars, shops (many of the best designers), a little supermarket, fantastic jewellers, bakeries and much more. Life in Cannes centres around the world famous Croisette, which is the most elegant seaside promenade in Europe. La Croisette is famous for its clear blue sea, golden beaches and perfect lines of striped sun umbrellas on one side and stately palms, exclusive shops and beautiful Belle Epoch and Art Deco buildings on the other. A few minutes walk along the prom will bring you to the Vieux Port (old port) and ‘Le Suquet' (a castle on the hill) where numerous restaurants are packed into the narrow streets climbing the hillside. The views from the top are spectacular! It's a wonderful spot!
